see all reviewsCatherine is so great! Some feedback for soul cycle: you should release bikes five minutes before class. I asked twice if I could move from the back corner and about 1 min before class started, I asked if I could take one of the empty bikes. However, because the class was “full” I was told to check in again in 3 minutes. Since that was after class started, I just stayed in the back corner, but there were 5 or 6 bikes that remained empty throughout class that I’d have preferred.

see all reviewsSuperb instruction, incredibly efficient use of time (a good HIIT session on the bike AND 4 strength circuits, all in less than an hour? Sold!). Particularly appreciate the heads up of what to expect (timing, intensity on a scale of 1-10, how much recovery, length of intervals etc) as well as repetition of what's coming up throughout the bike segments. Clean, well-maintained space and equipment.

see all reviewsLeo can be soft-spoken (which makes it challenging in a large/loud room), but he gives really helpful & personal guidance, along with some great cues. I’ve learned a lot from him so far and have only taken two classes with him!

see all reviewsFor being a cool vintage theater I would have thought they would have a cool vintage movie playing on the big screen. Instead they had a weird cheesy animated children’s movie playing. Otherwise, it is kind of fun to work out inside an old art deco theater.

see all reviewsCame to this class bc of the reviews of Joseph. They are WELL deserved. He was amazing and his energy made my day. I’ve been to other dance classes in the city & I have literally been bullied in them - alot of mean girl energy. But NOT here. I was VERY happy with how I was treated and I will be back!!
