    First time at Barry’s! Definitely a challenging class, but I loved it. You can go at whatever pace you feel comfortable at, even if it’s lower/slower than what the instructor tells you to do! Absolutely no judgment from anyone, and there was a lot of encouragement from my peers. I’ve been looking for a class that had some more cardio than strength/weight training, and I felt like this class had a good balance of both (treadmill + bench). I will definitely be coming back!

    First time doing barre and I enjoyed it. Simple movements but still challenging. You can do the workouts barefoot or with grip socks. Studio is clean and organized.     Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!

    Great class with an energetic and motivational coach. The class started with warmup, then the instructor taught a move and then we split into pairs to practice. I'm a beginner to BJJ and the move was a bit difficult so I observed at first. Group was friendly so they showed me the ropes and we practiced a simplified move. Last portion of class is rolling/sparring. All the partners were quite experienced and toned it down for me as a beginner, so it was fun and a learning experience overall.
