I think the class size at HV is just right where the instructor is able to go around to adjust your form quite a bit. Unlike traditional pilates that go by reps, they count down for each move (like HIIT). The cold towel at the end is a nice touch. :) Can consider coming here if you’re looking to switch it up from your usual pilates, but maybe won’t recommend anyone totally new to pilates to start here (would be better to start with traditional pilates to get your form right first).

Attending his class regularly will make you stronger week by week. When you attend regularly, he will call you out if you're going too fast or even to push a little bit further but it's always in an uplifting and motivating way. (Unlike most people at BFT) my friend helped me modify/ scale down most of the exercises - but usually the coaches will also come up to me to help me improve my form and suggest modifications too. The coaches are super patient with me, and stay until I get it right - which I appreciated. The gym is relatively big, so despite the full class I didn’t feel like it was chaotic and I still felt like I had sufficient space for myself.
