    I really enjoyed this class! The instructor had great energy, kept everyone motivated, and the class flew by. The workout was well paced and engaging from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to offer heavier weights. The heaviest dumbbells available were 20 pounds, which felt a bit limiting for lower body exercises. Other than that, it was a fantastic class, and I’d definitely take it again.

    To know Mike is to love Mike! He has an awesome mix of encouraging but not taking himself too seriously which really creates an inviting atmosphere in the space. His physical presence is balanced by his goofiness in a way that really “works”. Highlight of the class is often when he gets caught singing in the mic and doesn’t realize we are all listening! He’s one of the Barry’s instructors that first comes to mind when I think of suggesting to a friend that they try their first class.

    Kristin is an awesome instructor! In my experience, I feel like a lot of Barry’s instructors make you feel bad for not going max speed on the treadmill (as someone who is more of a jogger). I did not feel that way at all with Kristin! Would definitely go back.

    Great class to provide a full body workout and to fire up the core. It’s alternating rounds of weights and bag work. Very much appreciate that the instructors I have taken Jab with - Wilson and Bryndal make the effort to correct form and suggest improvements including how get more power or to go up in weight. The space is well curated and just a good experience.
