But the teacher took her time to explain everything to me in advance and adjusted some postures in between so carefully that I felt comfortable the whole time. It took me a bit to get used to the counting and the rhythm of things, but I guess that's what the 3 method classes are for. I'll certainly come back :)

I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while.
