    Daytime Pole Beginner 1

Super fun and unique experience to tap into your inner woman! It was my first time in a pole class and Helen lead us confidently through 3 different moves but in a low pressure manner. Studio is clean and spacious and has clothes and shoes for sale. I would definitely return!

    Afternoon Open level Aerial Hammock

Had such an amazing time with Tracy! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and makes the class both engaging and fun. Her instructions are clear, and she ensures everyone feels safe and supported while challenging themselves. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to try something new and exciting!

    Pole Dance Level 1

I looooved it! I took pole dance classes 6 years ago for one 1 year in Brazil, and I tried another studio here in Toronto, and didn’t like it, so I kind of lost my hope, and I’m so glad there’s this new one, close to home and Laura’s class was great! I’m very excited to be back, learning everything from scratch again!

    Beginner Pole I and II

The beginners class was a lot of fun! Bingo was really fun and patient with teaching. Half the class, including myself, were beginners, and she made sure that we were comfortable and would ensure that we were doing the moves correctly. She was very engaging and descriptive when describing moves and helped fix mistakes. I’d definitely try another class from her. In addition to that, the studio was very clean and provided a yoga mat, along with a towel and spray for cleaning. The studio seemed to be loved by regulars, which is encouraging.

Circus Prep All Levels Adult Class EAST END

Nico is an absolute angel! We had a smaller class so he went through some basic building blocks with silks and a good stretch beforehand and after, and was really intuitive about what to show us. GOOD TO KNOW FOR ATTENDEES: I would definitely recommend that people have a basic upper body strength (can do a pull up) and have leg and hip mobility (can easily lift your knee to and above hip height) for this class, even though it says beginner it is to your (and the instructor and rest of the class)'s benefit if you have that basic strength. ALSO if you're brand new to this, go in expecting to struggle, it's part of the fun!
