I’ve been riding for years and even I felt a bit discouraged, so I can only imagine a newcomer’s experience. Also, he seemed to encourage us to run/sprint with very minimal resistance which didn’t quite feel safe? Good class but I would not recommend to a newer rider!

She is so motivating and gives lots of tips on form for the new folks in class (but helpful for everyone!) and motivational talk that’s inspiring but also encourages you to be kind to yourself. I really appreciated that she cued breaks for water & breathing exercises. I was still drenched in sweat by the end and had a good endorphin high. I’ll be trying more classes with her!

At first I was worried the samples were what we needed to use for the showers but I was pleasantly surprised. The smoothies were a great after workout snack, I’m going to have to check next time I go if they have an almond milk alternative. The class I took was focused on upper body lifts and cardio. The running portion was my favorite part. I want to take another class that isn’t upper body focused but core focused. Nazinga was great! Would love to take another one of her classes!

Even though it was an intro class, she still provided modifications to make it easier or a tiny bit more challenging. I'd definitely take more classes with her.
