see all reviewsKaren's class was one of the most fun yoga flows I've done in a while! There was a good mix of sun salutations mixed in with her own designed flow. It felt slightly challenging, but not impossible. I definitely would come back again to hone my posture. Karen also does hands on correction; at the beginning of class you can opt out of it too! I really appreciate all the aspects of her class :-)
